    Hi Eric! :)
I am 15 years old and I got my receding hairline in January and since then I’ve been rubbing my nails 15-30 min every day, eating heallthy, atleast 20 min of sun exposure everyday. And I can see alot of thin hair growing out on my hairline :) my questions are , Will my hair grow thicker? Will my hair grow out normally after a haircut? Do I need to continue rub my nails after everything had grown out? :)

    Thanks for your help! :)

Hi, Yes your grow will get thicker, but you have to nourish the new growing hair with fatty acids and vitamins. I think you will greatly benefit from the thickening hair oil mix. You are 15, you have a great opportunity to grow healthy hair and keep them for rest of your life. Rubbing nails will promote circulation. Once you have good amount of hair growing, you can reduce the nail rubbing for maintenance purposes by doing that at least twice a week. Once your hair a fully grown, then you may stop nail rubbing. You hair should grow after haircut, try not to cut your hair too short. Apply oil mix massage your hair after haircut. The nutrients in the oil mix will readily absorbed by your hair and nourish it. I hope it helps. Please keep me posted with your progress. I hope you have awesome hair growth. Thanks, Eric :)

Hi Praveen, Yes mix 10 large spoon fulls of jojoba oil, 10 spoons of castor oil, 5 of coconut and 5 of emu oil and 2 spoons of rosemary. I would advise not to mix amla with rest of the oils if amla is already a mixed oil (like Dabur alma oil, it has very strong fragrance and it is not completely natural). Can you get almond oil and mix it instead of amla oil. 5 spoons of almond oil. Shake the mixture before using each time. Massage this oil mix into your hair for 3 to 5 minutes onto scalp and hair, leave it on whole night. Rub your nails 15 to 20 minutes 5 days a week. Almond oil has oleic acid and a lot of Vit E, so don’t worry if you don’t have Vit E. Take before after pictures and email them to me and I will post on my website. I hope you have great results. Thanks, Eric :)

        Hello Eric :)
A little bit over 1 week since a posted here.
My thin and small hair on my receding areas are growing pretty slow. Is that normal?

And I started to see and feel small bumps on my receding areas. Could it be new hair follicles? I’ve been eating alot of fruits (vitamin) and alot fish (omega 3) and I noticed that hair is growing on my thin parts on my hairline which is awesome. So my hair is getting thicker :)

Thanks for your videos :) will be posting here again in about 1 month to update you on my progress :) Have an awesome day! :)

    Hey Eric,
I have been following your videos and was very impressed by the results you have got and by using all natural means. Thanks for giving us the hope and continue the good work.
I have started using a 1.5mm derma roller and after the rolling session, I apply a mix of castor oil and lavender oil on the areas. Will this give the desired results? Plus, is it safe to massage a bit with the fingers on the areas after using the derma roller?

Hi Ron, I am so glad that my videos and information is helpful to you. Castor oil is very thick, I would recommend you use 50% castor oil and 50% lavender oil. It will dilute the oil better and will be better absorbed. The dermaroller you are using is 1.5 mm. Please be careful using by not pressing too hard, as it could be quite invasive. I tell all the people to stick with 1 mm for safety reasons. But if you are careful, then your dermaroller will work safely. Yes gentle massaging after using dermaroller is safe and soothing when used especially with oil with fatty acids in it. Please take before after pictures and keep me posted. Thanks, Eric

Hi, on an average hair grow about less than half inch, 0.5 inch a month. And the very small new hair grow even slower from the the area which were balding grow even slower. So you will just need to be patient. If you already seeing small hair, that is awesome and very good news. It means that you hair follicles are rejuvenated. You just have to nourish and take care of them. The small bumps are combination of new hair follicles and ingrown hair. I have had that too. Sometimes you might see clogged hair follicles in that area, don’t panic. It gets better with time. But some of those bumps should become new hair. Make sure you keep that area clean by washing it regularly with gentle soap or face wash. Make sure you take pictures and post them on the forum of this website. Continue to use essential oils and massaging with thickening oil mix on overall hair along with healthy diet and lifestyle. You will get great healthy hair growing! I am always here for you to help, thanks Eric :)

You need to start oiling your hair. If you have access to some oils such as almond, coconut, castor and jojoba, then mix them in equal amounts and start massaging for 3 minutes before going to bed. It stops many hair and scalp problems. You can read my article on my website. http://www.erictipsreviews.com/hair-thickening-oil/
